本公司於 1981 年設立於高雄，初期以經銷各類工業用進口機械產品為目標。
1987 年獲得義大利 MAUS ITALIA 熱交換器用電子式擴管機台灣總代理，復於次年簽定義大利 G.B.C. 電、氣動管端開槽機台灣總代理，從此業務範圍擴張為全省。 由於產品廣為國內石化工業、發電工業、機械工業、煉油廠、鍋爐工業、鋼鐵工業、空調冷凍工業、及工程界等所採用並獲得極佳之口碑，目前各機種皆有亮麗之業績。
為拓寬服務之範圍，從 1992 年後陸續引進英國 MIRAGE 線上法蘭車修機、美國 TORC-UP 油壓扭力扳手、及高科技半導體工廠配管用開槽機，更於2008年新增法國AXXAIR切管倒角焊接機及義大利SIR MECCANICA 多功能搪孔機等加入服務行列。
本公司除產品銷售外更重視售後服務之配合，讓使用客戶無後顧之憂工作順利，今後更將繼續引進先進產品介紹給國內產業界使用，積極扮演好 "橋樑" 之角色。
EASTMARK TRADING established in 1981, our company aimed to have business in the import of all kinds industrial machinery from overseas famous machines manufacturers.
In 1987, we obtained exclusive agency agreement of MAUS Italia tube expander and rolling equipment with electronic torque control for heat exchanger industry. Then in 1988, we got sole agency agreement from Italian G.B.C. electric and pneumatic portable pipe beveling machines. Since then our business range have covered widely to all over Taiwan area for our products fields in petrochemical, power generation, machinery, refinery, boiler, steel, air conditioner, refrigerating, and engineering industries, etc. So far most of them have obtained good fame and also got remarkable sales record.
From 1992 on, we widened our range and further increased new lines of British MIRAGE on-site flange facer, American TORC-UP hydraulic torque wrench, and beveling machine for hi-tech semi-conductor manufacturers. Besides, we have got the France AXXAIR orbital cutting, beveling, and welding machine, Italy SIR MECCANICA portable multiple purpose machines (ID & line boring & welding) etc in 2008. Thus we were in a position to afford better service and forward our products to put a famous impression among customers. Besides sales, we always emphasize the tracing of after-service and pursue to maintain a punctual delivery to meet customers' production schedule. Based on many year service experiences, we will continue to import advanced machines and act as a key role of "bridge" between machine makers and users.
